Partially. I meant to to be about build openers and initial technology pacing in general.

This thread has reached the point where anything I'm saying is not read.

Let's go further into off topic =).

Let's just not take it all personally.  We all want the game to do well, so let's focus on that.

maybe so but it might just make him hate us even more than he currently does all he wants is good feed back and then he get utter nonsense like this I would not be surprised to see him post an angry raving topic over this. (for those who are wondering I am joking)

I kinda doubt it, I think we've managed to settle ourselves down a bit from where it was headed.

When someone uses a sarcasm tag, I feel like they are insulting my ability to recognize sarcasm. Either that, or they are bad at sarcasm and need the crutch. It's like telling a joke, and explaining immediately afterward why the joke is funny.

Sarcasm is an art, use it cautiously and know your audience.

Heh, I win some and lose some  :)  It didn't necessarily need a tag, just something that actually says it isn't serious.

LOL   :D

There's a row of yellow circles with stuff in the center that helps color your posts without an actual disclaimer  ::)

Years of experience on the internet has lead me to the final conclusion that I should not try to be funny. Not that I'm not funny, I am. I know I'm funny.
But there is always 1+ individuals who will not see it that way. And that 1+ individual is going to comment on it.

As an example, look at poor Chris, every other post he makes is covering PR bases. It is even starting to creep into the Mantis.
Note: This post contains content that is meant to be whimsical. Any belittlement or trivialization of complex issues is only intended to lighten the mood and does not reflect upon the merit of those positions.
