Seems like the performance has gone down a little with this patch. Super FF was previously pretty laggy anyway, but in the game I was finishing off last night it was really extremely freezing-the-game-for-multiple-seconds laggy. And then it would continue to be laggy after the dispatch mission was finished, while at the solar system screen with the game on pause. The lag wouldn't stop until I unpaused it, at which point I could repause it and it would still be fine. Not sure what's up with that...
This is on an i5-4570 so presumably no slouch when it comes to crunching some numbers. What's dragging it down so much? Can some of these numbers maybe be rounded off to the nearest million to make the math a little smoother? I'm guessing probably not, but it just seems like it's dragging an awful lot.
