Bug - "Burlust surrendered Radha to Burlust"

I got the message in the topic, which obviously doesn't make much sense...I got a similar message earlier with  "captured".

well I'm running .903 so it seems the bug is bag or was not fixed at all =/

I wonder if it is not actually a bug, but the planet is being taken by Burlust rebels from the Burlusts?   In this case, the text would need to be more clear.

I saw a similar message in one of my games, but it popped up a few times over a couple years. Mantis 0013972

Looking at Mantis, it appears this bug is alive, and possible multiplying

I just tested it myself in a save (after I fixed the thing where I broke autocombat in 0.902, whoops), and it correctly reported the Peltians taking the planet from the Burlusts.

Does anyone have a save from before the planet flip, where the flip reports incorrectly?

The only one i have is in the Mantis post I linked above from .860 in observer mode, but if you run that forward with the new version, you may be able so see it happen again since I think the message had popped up several times (which may mean it is the current bug, and not the bug that you fixed for that ticket)

Oh, yea, maybe the other attacking fleets are "attacking" again despite the planet now being owned by them, leading to further flipping.  I think the must-be-friendly rules would prevent that, but worth checking
