I reduced BD to 5% of your buildings.  In terms of being faction-specific, that's to be particularly mean. ;)

But it should be waaaay less mean now.

I loaded my save up and noticed that.  Needless to say, there was a double take involved, followed by a wtf and then an alt-tab out to check the notes.
