Own Units Attacking Siege Units

So my Greek Siege Workshop built a Trojan Horse, and my other Greek units turned around and started attacking it. Is that supposed to happen?

No. Are you sure the unit was blue and not some unit created by a woe?

Yeah, I double checked. A Woe made a Bandit unit get built on my Seige Workshop when it normally would have built a unit, so I was thinking it was a friendly, but it wasn't.
