Don't get me wrong, I like building aestethically pleasing things. It's just that I can't really sit down and do one of those mega projects people sink hundreds of hours into. Mostly because it doesn't really give me anything.

Hahaha.  We'll see when I ever get a chance to play it, heh.  My game playing time tends to be pretty limited.  Most recently I've been playing Super Mario 3D Land and Nihilumbra.

I picked up Lone Survivor and Terraria, so far.  The former really gives lots of Silent Hill vibes that I want to check out.

The general consensus on Lone Survivor is that it's the best Silent Hill game to come along in years.

So I've heard.  I'm a big fan of Silent Hill 2 and much less a fan of any of the others, so I'm excited for this.

I got it a while back and played for a while but then got stuck at a point where I couldn't find a good way to get around some monsters. I keep meaning to go back to it, because it was a great game just dripping with atmosphere, but I hate getting stuck on something that should seem obviously easy to bypass, and so I have been focusing on other things for a while. The perils of too many steam sales. I have literally hundreds of games all begging for my attention...

Ah yes, Civ. The devourer of time.

*Looks at top played game on Steam* Pff, if anything is a devourer of time, it is still AIW.

King

According to Steam, my most played game is Source SDK with AI War in a very very far second.  1764 hours in SDK, 370 is AIW. I actually got AI War in a Steam Summer sale, I had been playing the demo for a while and the deal was just too good to resist. I got the Zenith Remnant in the Summer Camp promotion last year, first one I got.

I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

Oops, Lone Survivor. No sticky points in SH2 that I recall. But LS relies a lot on being able to hide from monsters, since the fighting mechanics are pretty terrible. Going head to head with bad guys is generally the last resort. But in this particular spot, I can't find anywhere to hide and there's quite a few of the baddies. I know it's possible to win the game without killing anything, so I know I'm just missing something...

My time is horribly skewed by idling TF2 for drops. I think I have over 2000 hours in that game, even though I've probably only actually played 1/10th of that time.

Edit: Make that 3000 hours. Derp.
