Save location

Is there a way to change the location that the world & save are located?  I'm sure I'm overlooking something.

Is there a list of the command line options anywhere?  I checked the wiki :(

Thanks for the reply.

I have created folder symlinks so I can get it into dropbox.  I also added it to my backup.
