Mining Golem and Settlements

I got a mining golem incomming to a planet with a human settlement on it.

How will this affect me? Will it affect me?

100 AIP is a lot, so I may want to kill the Golem if it can destroy the settlemet.

The plant is mainly just junk, and was shot up by a gang of 20 dysons (gotta love dyson golem when he spawns so close to me and I helped him )



Also, if I kill the mining golem now, will it ever return?

yes killing that golem would probably be a good idea there.

Indeed.

I will not capture the system of course, no desire to have such a risk as a settlement in the middle of nowhere (I have been deep striking to get some ADR's since they where all too far away from my home cluster).

Luckily for me tho the Dyson golem keep pumping out a great ammount of gatlings from my core worlds and is really easing up the AI at some of the planets .

And even more funny is that a lot of the gatlings had been trapped at a border world to me with a black hole machine. I killed that machine releasing 80 dysons on a ADR world making it easy for me to attack, after that it helped me to open the way out towards more worlds that I have scinence raided, and now, I am at teh mining golem world wit the settlement. Tiem to make a stand I guess. I guess I was lucky in getting autocannon units from teh ADR so I got 1000 units of fodder for the golem .

I just need to find the Golem on the map itself ^^. (still 40min to go, I guess its sufficient time?)

just click on its icon in the unit readout thing. it will center the view on the golem and the golem will point back to the planet.
