Yeah, and leaning them even more towards that good AI/bad human split seems kind of...extreme.

Sunshine, or someone else running into disturbing quantities of zelecs or sentinels or whatever on an AI planet, could you post a save?  I've worked out a fix but it helps to be able to test against a real scenario :)

Updated for the latest patch.  I urge everybody with 2 hands, a keyboard, and a mouse to try out the new CoN changes, and see if they are worth using now.

Also, is the Shield Bearer the same as the Force Field Bearer?  It was called the Shield Bearer in the patch notes and I'm afraid I may have missed something.

Whoops!  I thought I'd posted that I didn't have a save for the zelecs/sentinels thing.  Sorry about that, but thanks so much for fixing that anyway!  Means I might have a save in the future if the game can actually get going against an AI with those ships now.

Edit: Out of curiosity, did muni-boosters just now get a ship-cap on how many ships they can boost, or have they always had it?  And what's the ship cap per mark now?

Edit 2: I'm not quite sold on autocannon minipods, but they certainly work much better now.  Armor rotting is a helpful ability, especially when pairing them with something that doesn't have armor piercing.  They're solidly a "support" ship, rather than a combat ship, now but they work decently in that role.  Not sure how redundant they'd be with Armor Rotters, but cloak + speed have to count for something, I guess.
