AI Neinzul ships

Has anyone ever actually seen the AI reinforce neinzul ships at a guard post?

is this even the intended design? the AI seeds those regeneration chambers virtually everywhere, youd think that they might be useful . . . or that theres a reason that happens.

Neinzul Clusters & Nests can spawn younglings.

Tho I think the Neinzul Nester AI might be borked.
