No worries, it's good to think about that sort of thing.

This seems to be working out fairly well! I'll see what I can do about crossing over suggestions in the bugreporter. I'll just make a post in the forum thread that it's been transfered.

EDIT: Err, that is...if you want me to :D

I went ahead and put in some broad version numbers -- basically the version number groups, rather than each specific version number.  Should be good for at least telling what group of versions something was in...
This is something I personally consider a mistake. It will work nicely initially, but as the new versions start cropping up, you'll want to have a far more exact way of labeling the reports. So for future use, once new versions of the 4.0 beta starts popping up, I'd suggest adding each new version for your own sake. Otherwise you'll find yourself asking "What version are you using?" for every single bugreport, which will be a pain.

Well, that is true...  Hmmm.

Okay, all the golem suggestions have been transfered to the tracker. Will keep going through the categories as time allows.

Very nice!  Thanks so much -- I moved all those to completed, and have now deleted the golems suggestion category on the forums.  I'll be locking all the categories to new suggestions tonight, and then deleting them as they get emptied out. None of the topics will be harmed (since we need that history to remain), though.

I really appreciate it!

There. Starship section done as well. That will have to do for now. I'll get to the other sections when I have the time.

Another suggestion, instead of making classifications for major, minor, trivial, how about an impact statement?

Game breaking
regression
no workaround, game breaking
no workaround, inconvenience
workaround
inconvenience

Also, regression scenarios are generally higher priority than new bugs, which could become "features" instead. Right now, I have everything triaged as "other" under bug, and minor, instead of something more specific that might help you prioritize.

"no workaround: Game breaking"
"Engineers no longer teleport"
"well, for some reason my engineers no longer teleport! To reproduce, just start up a new game in Unity! I cant seem to figure any workaround - This puts a MAJOR issue in all my plans! Halp!"

Thats the reason I persnoally dont change severity or priority indicators away from default  :D

In our software organization, each engineer is allowed to suggest the priority and severity indicators. After triage, these numbers get changed. If there is no triage, obviously this would be pointless.

FYI original port (3.700) release notes indicate that engineers no longer teleport, have a speed of 100, and a much larger engineering AoE
