Whew, okay, to the common questions:
1. If you ordered from the Arcen store and have not received an email from us, then probably you used a different email address than you're thinking of, and/or had a misspelling. Feel free to email arcengames at gmail dot com and we'll get you sorted with the proper installers.
2. If you ordered from the Arclight Bundle, hold tight -- we don't have your email address or any of that info anyhow, all that info is held by the IndieRoyale guys. We've gotten them the updated installers, and you should see the new installers show up in your account as soon as they have time to put it up.
3. Regarding Steam Keys for the Arclight Bundle, we do not have any yet but should have some soon. Once we do, then those will automatically be added to the IndieRoyale listing for your bundle; but again it takes time in transit each time. Valve gets them to us, we get them to IndieRoyale, IndieRoyale adds them to your account. I'd expect it to be a couple of days, sorry about that.
4. Regarding Steam Keys if you bought from our store, same note goes in terms of us not having them yet. But in that case it will be a matter of if you want one, just shoot us an email with a proof of purchase (as with Ancient Shadows) and we'll send you one back. We'll post when we have them.
