Are EMP Mines working?

In the main thread, I posted something that I thought broken with EMP mines as of patch 7.034 (where they were changed).

Has anyone else played with EMP mines post 7.034? Are they working for you? Am I just totally confused about how EMP mines work?

Want to get some feedback before I go off and file a bug report.

Ok, after testing out some more, it seems that EMP mines inflict paralysis damage, not EMP damage, despite the name. If this is intended, then I would reccomend a name change to paralysis mines, so as not to confuse people about what is really immune to them (like it did for me). If this is not intended, well, I guess bug report.
