That's a good deal less than the AI forcefields (which are about 42M*mk*). Are you sure you want to nerf it that much?
Still, even at about half health, they still have more HP than human forcefields (20M*mk)

Also, I don't get the sandpaper joke.  :-\

* When looking this up, I discovered that the AI forcefields did not get adjusted to the proper 2.something ratio from the last balance pass of human forefields, thus AI forcefields have sort of a weird Mk progression

I could cut the Tiger down to 1.5, but the whole self-attrition thing does cut a lot into their potential usefulness in an AI wave.

At that volume they don't need to be useful for long.  1.6 on tigers (only) would be a reasonable adjustment, being 2x the bomber multiplier.
... and then we'll have cake.
