"GetThreadContext failed" Win8 64 bit not running Kaspersky [Resolved]

Ai War used to run on my computer, but just today I redownloaded the game, and it gave an error message saying GetThreadContext failed. I am running Windows 8 64 bit, and I searched the around internet for similar problems, but the only results were from Kaspersky. However, I am running Avast and Malwarebytes.

The problem went away after restarting a couple of times. I have no idea what happened or why.
