Replace the headquarter station?

Is this possible? The menu of the colony ship is all inaccessible when opened at headquarters, and I wanted that EcoIII so badly...

No. The Home Command station is special, doing that would cost you the game. :) Your home command is more productive then an Eocon III anyway. :)
