Tribal Mud Flats?

I have finished the Tribal Mud Flats a number of times, and each time it tells me that I need to escape in order to finish the level. Then I get chased around by a ghost, but, try as I might, there are no exits anywhere on the map. What am I missing?

Look in the buildings.  You'll find it.
