I think I found something that was limiting the wiki's speed, so please let me know if I did fix it or if what I did actually did nothing.

What kind of issues? Is it Database Connection Failed, site is just slow, site is offline and Cloudflare is displaying a cached copy, etc.?

Cloudflare failing to connect to the server and not having a cached copy is the most frequent error.
Occasionally DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET from chrome.
Occasionally just slow.

It might be the dodgy hotel wireless.

For me the wiki has seemed better the last day or so, which is great.  Before that it was starting to time out a bunch again like it used to.
