Anyone getting any emails from the forums, wiki, etc?

I probably did sign up for emails. At least I got another email about the kickstarter that I am already backing and checking multiple times every day nearly being over.

Yeah, just checked, I am signed up for emails. With the exception that I figured I didn't want every user on the forum to be able to send emails to me.

Yep, in your case you wouldn't have gotten any other emails anyway. You have to request to be notified by a thread, at which point you get emails when someone makes a reply to it. You did get the email about the kickstarter, which was the only one you were technically signed up for. And as for users emailing you, it is done so that they don't get to see your email (unless you enable that individually), but I can definitely see why getting emails from users would be annoying.
