Selling resources to Mercs?

I have gathered a lot of different resources mined on moons and yet am unable to sell them to the Merc's outpost.

It always states there are no valid resources to sell. Bug or am I missing something?

Yes my inventory shows all the resources I have.

Cesium 620
Terbium 500
Uranium 420
Xenotime 100

But am unable to sell them to Merc outpost as I'm told I have no valid resources.
