This morning I noticed that Tidalis showed up at #2 on Tom Chick's list of Ten games you should have played in 2010. Nice!

Very well deserved, and deserves to be in many more 2010 best-of lists. And Tom Chick's review in the link pretty much nails why I like the game so much too  :)

Great to see Darwinia+ in there (jeez was that THIS year?) even though it's a relaunch for the 360. Loved Darwinia on the PC back in 2004, still one of my favourite games of all time. A pity it wasn't the hoped-for money earner for the struggling Introversion on the consoles.

Wow!  Very cool list, and something I'm glad to see many other games of note on.  Thanks for pointing this out, I'll have to do a news post about it. :)

Tom Chick is awesome. I can't say I've played a game he liked that I didn't like.

Ahhh the list is down, can anyone remember the games on the list?  I'm interested.

I read an interesting blog post at Introversion's website not long ago about the troubles they've been through lately, how Darwinia+ figures into it and what they learned from it. Introversion is another studio that has a special place for me, like Arcen does. I'm glad that they are surviving and working on Subversion. It's cool that Introversion and Arcen hold the top spots on that list, since they are the two indie dev houses that I'd like to see succeed the most.
