Need Partner for Netplay!

Since I can't find any internet servers, I have come here to seek a partner for Tidalis netplay who will be available today!

I'll hop on for a bit, probably in roughly 20 minutes.  Probably can't play for very long, but it would be good for testing to make sure that the internet game listing is at least working ;)  It's worked for us in the past, and other players too, though.

Edit: might be longer than 20 minutes.  In a feat of irony, I'm actually downloading the game from Steam to make sure it's the release version and not modified by anything we've changed since then.  Desync city, otherwise.

Sorry keith - it seems when i tried to join your game it just timed out (alt tab issue i presume) ;p So i played with spikey ^^

that alt tab problem needs to be really solved though - with windows i always forgot theres a steam overlay in the window...

I saw yours come up so I tried to join it, and it basically seemed to work, but shortly thereafter I would get a message about ping not working and it would d/c.  I've got plenty to do, anyhow ;)

Yeah it was because i was alt tabbing out to the steam chat to spikey (read his forum post here and that was faster than ai war irc) :D

Yea, the feedback could be a lot better, hopefully we can address that in the upcoming patch.  I thought it was fairly clear in our testing, but perhaps a bug crept in, or perhaps I was just having a case of "it-makes-sense-to-me" and moved on too quickly ;)
