Pretty much the same as the last thread about this.
Post what actions you think are too effective and need to be nerfed or alternatively not effective enough and need to be strengthened.
If you agree with something already mentioned then go ahead mention it again so it's easier to see how many people agree.
I'm getting the impression that "Armada Building" might be too spam-able, but I'm not that sure yet.
