Found 2 sites you can contact

http://indiegames.com/index.html

http://www.indiegamemag.com

Youtube

http://m.youtube.com/user/MathasGames/videos

I've already made contact with the first two, but didn't have Mathas. Sending him a build now. Thanks!

You seem to be focusing mainly on Youtube, perhaps you should also contact some Twitch.tv personalities as well.  There are many that have thousands of viewers a night and can really get the word out.

Tornis:  A Russian speaking gamer who loves strategy and role playing games.  (He also speaks decent English.)
Lethalfrag:  One of the first Twitch big names.  He also plays a variety of games, and may be interested in this.
Tehmorag:  Does not mind failing at hard games, or putting in the time to get good at them.

Just some ideas up there.  I too will be streaming this, but I'm nowhere near a major name on twitch, I just stream to have fun with friends.

We're focusing on Twitch as much as we can, and have contacted all channel owners who have worked with us in the past. Thanks for those tips, I'll reach out to them as soon as I get a chance.

I guess it's just my perceptions about it, because that's all I end up hearing about on the forums.  Not just from you but everyone else.

Here are a few twitch streamers I like.

http://en-gb.twitch.tv/ryuzilla/
http://www.twitch.tv/luperza
http://en-gb.twitch.tv/koibu

Ryuzilla is more likely to be interested, I guess, but they are all long shots.

Yeah, I had to discount a lot of streamers I like, because this really wouldn't be a game for them.  I'm interested in getting out a good impression of the game over just showing it off to as many as possible.

Yeah. I don't think the guys I mentioned would be negative towards the game, but they would probably just ignore it. Ryu does play the odd indie game, so maybe he would be interested, but even then I don't think he's a strategy gamer. Feel free to ignore my suggestions Erik, if you don't want to waste time with longshots.

Oh. Here's a site that have actually covered Arcen games before: gamerant.com. They've got an easy contact form.

Thanks for those and the Twitch suggestions, looking into them.

Quill18 - http://www.youtube.com/user/quill18

Das24680 - http://www.youtube.com/user/Das24680

Both focus mostly on strategy games and provide entertaining and insightful Let's Plays.

And James Allen (Out of Eight) does one off review/impressions - https://www.youtube.com/user/jaguarusf
