Some advice on Thoraxians...

So, I have been slowly playing the game for some time now. Sill my first game on Normal, year 3035, 6 races in Federation, 2 more remaining: Thoraxian and Acutians. I have a federation plan for the latter despite them really hating me, but not sure about Thoraxians: not a very popular race among the others.

I was thinking about compromising their Medical level down to -2000 while keeping high enough influence, but this is probably going to take a lot of time. The only way I see doing it is through Evucks poisoning their population, but they have but a single spy probe over there. I will have to hit this action 100 times...

So my question is: is there any way to influence Evucks to send more spy probes?
Or other ways of influencing (probably indirectly) Thoraxians RCI...

I am still fairly new to the game and indirect effects of my actions remain unknown to me...

Have all federation races DW, and eventually the problem works itself out?

Oh, I could assassinate the queen and send the strongest force in the whole system against them which are... Peltians (lol)

but I am a kind Hydral and want everyone in...

I usually try to make my initial federation with the Thoraxians to avoid this, they're hard to win over. Laud them enough and make trade routes and you can get them in. You could also make their influence with the Skylaxians high enough to use their special ability and cheat them in.

Ah yes, kindness. I forgot in 4X's that is a path.

But if you bombard the planet its RCI stats will go down over time.

I feel lauding makes this game much easier. I don't remember this in some earlier patches...
Anyway, Skylaxians have some buildings that gradually antagonize Thoraxian, and my Andors have no Fenerationist party in the government at all.

Currently Burlusts and Evucs are sieging the Thoraxian homeworld, but either they are not really bombing the surface or they are ineffective, as I don't see any significant drop in RCI (yet). Unfortunately, Peltian didn't want to go to war, because they like Thoraxian too much... I might try doing something about that...

but all those wars, I will probably have to put them at halt, before Thoraxian would want to ally with those who were attacking them the moment ago....
