Game locks up on planetary screen when selecting items.

Hi there since 1.015 update the game freezes intermittently when I select/expand items for the planetary details list. Is anyone else having this problem?

For 1.016, let's see if this does it:

* Put in some changes to the grid control that should prevent the freezing that a couple of people were having in the prior version on the planetary summary/details page and _definitely_ the tech page.
