Possible bugs
« on: September 08, 2016, 06:44:34 pm »
I'm seeing these in the GOG version of TLF (64-bit Linux), and it's telling me it's game version 3.000.  So...
1. I know there's a version 3.002 out there.  How come this GOG version doesn't update it for me, and why doesn't GOG have the 3.002 build for download?
2. Acutians have a super-negative economic RCI right now, and I'm trying to improve it.  I tried doing the improve economy contract from Friendly Acts, but that job just sent the RCI more negative.  Pretty sure this is a bug, but you tell me.
They've both been reported on Mantis.

On the main menu, you should see an option that lets you update the game.  If you don't, then probably your firewall is set to block the game from connecting to our server to check for updates.  Cheers!

I attached the below screenshot to my Mantis post.  Again, this is the GOG Linux version of TLF:

No update button present, unless it's something I'm just not seeing.  I'm on Linux, and I don't recall previously having an updater button missing from any other Arcen games.  I'll have to check in Bionic Dues when I get home, it's the only other one I've been playing extensively recently.
