This only happened with 1.021, yes? I haven't seen that before..

EDIT: This is highly unlikely, but it is possible that, e.g.,  the Evucks have built their ultimate weapon building. Check their planets to see if they have a psyops building. Otherwise, it should be reported.

On the skylaxians front, this was an old bug, which may have resurfaced..

man I'm kinda sick of reporting bugs more than playing.  no the evucks did  anything.  this game originated in 1.019 or 1.018, and it happened today.  They just need to get rid of these raids being the same as wars!!!!!

Hmm, did you check to see what events may have been going on the Burlust planet?

I'm wondering if the explosions and all of that might have been some sort of internal war type of thing, or something like that.  I'm not familiar with that type of event, so I've not seen exactly what it looks like, but it might be worth checking the planet event list or whatever it's called.   Before doing that make sure that the event lists are showing all events, instead of just some of them, otherwise various things simply wont even appear on that event thing on the right (which is what it defaults to in the options menu.... no, I dont know why.  I always set it so it displays absolutely everything.)

it was iron man so i didn't and can't.  Well it looks like they got that tuber disease and then the next tick lost 150 of like 153 million people....  I didn't know the diseases progressed that fast.  And then the acutians probably just came in and ninja raided the planet (again this needs to go, even if you still cant do anything about it at least make them declare war).  But yeah I have no idea what was going on with the shaking, and they were losing pop before the disease. /shrug
