My Ship losses health and shield energy

Is it normal? I started with something about 400 000 health and 500 000 shield and now i have only a max. of 160 000 and 40 000 shield???

You have tons and tons of bonus health and shields for the first fight. Due to a bug it doesn't go away until you quit and reload the save.
It probably shouldn't be there to begin with, but this is how things are right now.
