In terms of more content for this game, I do expect to have more content for it in the future, yes. At the moment this and AI War are our two big franchises that have staying power (AI War more than this one, but this one doing quite well for itself). We tend to do updates to these games (if you look at the history of AI War) at the same time we do an expansion. That way we can devote all our attention to it and get a bunch of new content and fixes and whatever in there for the base game at the same time that we're putting together the expansion, and it all comes out at once. So those people who don't want the expansion get something new anyway, and those people who do get both things.
Right now we're pretty much tied up with Stars Beyond Reach, which my hope is will be our third big tentpole. We'll see. At any rate, I'm not sure if there will be another expansion for AI War or TLF this year, but if so then it will be very late year. More likely is into Q1 next year, although that remains to be seen -- a lot of questions are out there after SBR comes out. If SBR hits it off so majorly that we just can't focus on working on a whole new game after that for a while (too much going on with SBR, for instance), then we'd probably do the expansions for AI War and TLF sooner than later, and push our next full game after SBR into next year instead.
