Changing Abilities or Weapons - How?

I have to admit defeat, I cannot find the surely obvious way I change abilities or weapons in the game.

I don't mean pick between the ones on the ship currently, I mean pick between the ones I buy separately.

I cannot find anyone googling this so it is either likely very obvious or not possible.

Hey there,

Sorry for the confusion.  On the Detailed Intel tab on the solar map, there is a Customize Flagship button.  Everything is in there!  Hope that helps.

Not a problem at all, when you have a question ask the question.   Sometimes we all just miss something, it's just one of those things!

Anyway, welcome to the forums officially, despite having been a lurker for a while it sounds like.
