[Bug] Technologies gifted to another race not being retained

So every time I gift a tech to a race, if I then save the game, exit, and then reopen, the gifted techs are never retained.

Save attached.  Will post to Mantis as soon as Mantis is back online.

This is happening for any technologies, not just the ones I gift.  Issue was already reported by someone else here.  I know you guys are busy, but PLEASE tell me someone's looking at this...

In light of how busy Keith is being with AIW2, is there a way for me to look at bug fixing?  I obviously don't have access to the raw source code, but if there's another level where I could lend a hand, I'd be happy to.

Crap!  Sometimes the forums don't do a good job of notifying me of stuff, and there are a lot of subforums to check.  Other times it's a derp on my end, and I think that may have been the case this time.  I will take a look and see what I can figure out for a patch today -- so sorry about this!
