Just curiously - are Andor Care packages meant to be reusable over and over again? It's just that they only cost 500 a pop and you can easily improve relations between the Andor and another race just by doing that... I had 12000 credits (pirate raids) at one stage and I just pumped up the relationship between the Andor and the Skylaxians beyond Respect just by spamming the care packages.
