Eject Garbage doesn't eject garbage.

I attempted to use Eject Garbage in version somethingsomething 25, and noticed that no garbage came out.
Upon closer inspection, the shockwave from "activated an ability" was destroying all the ejected garbage right after it spawns.

Probably not the intention. :)
