"Find all items"?

So, how does this achievement work?
What items are we picking up? Are shop items considered? Sacrifice shops?
Or is it just rockets/credits/keycards?
Why on earth does it have a 0% success rate?

Meant is that you have picked up every item (weapons, modules, secondary weapons, consumables) at least once over multiple game sessions not in a single one. At the stat screen before you start a game, you can see how many items you have already found. Once you got everyone, you get the achievment.

Oh, that makes sense then.
Still curious what I am yet to find, I've been through 20 runs at least by now.

You can check your progress (on 220) after you select your save.
But some of those items are pretty rare. I've been through over 40 runs so far and I'm still missing many of them. I'll admit some of those runs were very short though.
