Error logs
« on: September 03, 2016, 04:38:03 pm »
After the game crashed earlier today, I tried to gather all the relevant logs but I only found two that had today's date. Am I missing any that would be hidden in a weird place? (Didn't touch the game since then, so I wouldn't overwrite anything.)

"Starward Crash.txt" is just the text contained in the error popup.

The circumstances are identical as Monkooky's report here: http://arcengames.com/mantisbt/view.php?id=18857

  • I'm probably joking.

Was it a R6025 vital function call error? Can you provide other computer specs? Os, that sort of thing. Think is beyond my depth, but I'm hoping I can collect enough extra data that Keith can try to track it down. It might just be a Unity issue that we can't do anything about.

Ah yes, that virtual function error is what I got. Didn't remember the exact name when I posted.

As for specs:

Intel Core i5-4690 3.50GHz
8gb ram
64-bit Win7 Ultimate SP1
Nvidia GeForce GTX 960

I think there's also more specific infos in the output log if needs be.
I know it doesn't bode well that the game didn't write anything new in half the log files. Makes it seem like the issue came from the system rather than the game itself.
