Only partial controller support in menus?
« on: January 20, 2016, 10:59:17 pm »
When I press the Start button of my 360 controller the main menu opens. But if I put the mouse cursor over the "back to game" button and press the "A" button it doesn't go back to the game, but instead opens something else like the achievements screen or the load savegame screen.

A similar problem happens with the exit menu: I have no cursor and can only blindly push a button. Maybe it would be better to bind the exit menu buttons to controller specific buttons like "A" and "B" and show that button's icon on the "OK, Exit" button for example.

Anybody else experiencing the same thing? Am I missing something?

I keep having to hit the B button to exit the start menu. Given that B tracks onto a firing direction, I really would prefer to be able to press start again.

This sounds like a mantising. Keith or Chris can only act on this if you put it up there since they're so busy.

Will do. Just thought I'd ask first if I'm missing something, thanks.
