0.204 The Hunter's Feedback

Played a few runs in it, not gonna go into detail about bugs here as i already did on mantis, only general impressions.

Switch from ship to mech was... random, but it still shoots so no issue here.  :)

The new weapon system is... ugh. Old system worked well for at least when i remembered to use missiles, with new systems even if i remember its too wonky to switch during combat after i get any energy weapon, so only end up using them either when no energy weapon or have infinitemissile powerup.

New enemies are fun though, some of those microbosses that game was somewhat lacking. The Charger though while fun shouldn't spawn in small rooms, especially "4-tiny-passages" room.

Disappointed to not see Arc enemy type same as it was in previous version  on higher difficulty though, its not as fun anymore if not too easy.

Archer doesn't exist anymore? I'm sad, was the ship i had most fun with.  :(

New weapons/items are fun though, i especially like those that last until being hit, give at least some reason to not flail around like drunk. Also infinitemissiles probably the only time i had fun with missiles. Also yay more orbitals! :)

Slowdown button is great addition too.

Might do more runs later, or probably wait till 0.205 that fixes door bug. Fun stuff either way. :)

1 I agree on the missile it is to wonky personally I preferred the old method really I think having the to key bind my missile would do the world of good.
2 I personally hated the ark before because of its move speed really drove me nuts now I thin its fine.

The Arc:  NONE of the actual enemies are gated by difficulty yet. Just bosses.  Eventually, some of them will have altered versions that appear only on higher difficulty.  The Arc in particular is not likely to get an increase in speed for higher difficulties, but is likely to gain other talents instead.

There were just too many complaints about the Arc to keep it's speed so high though.
