will this game have dyslexic support options? I don't have dyslexia but I have a friend who does and while I'm neutral on weather he will ever get this game it has made me concerned about this.

What in God's name would Dyslexic support look like?

Would that involve options for changing the text and background colours to make it more readable, or is there more to it?

I'm familiar with assistive technologies.  There really isn't any such thing as "dyslexic support", aside from various technologies that help the eye differentiate letters that might be otherwise confused.  Windows has many of those technologies built in and accessible from the Control Panel (look for the "Ease of Access Center" in Windows 7 or 8, or "Accessibility Options" in older Windows versions).
