Question about Planety mood stuff

Cheers!  You can't actually negotiate with the planet directly, and it mostly refuses to speak to you.  The will of the planet is seen through... several proxies, which I won't really reveal.  One proxy is via animal and underground monster attacks, but there is another big one as well.  There are three special endings that involve more direct interactions with the planet itself, however, and it speaks to you in those.  Basically with those three endings you are "acting out" enough against the planet (or in one case for the planet) that it deigns to speak to you.

Having to manage how mad the planet gets at any one of your cities is a notable thing always, of course.  It's one key aspect of city design.  But usually the planet simply won't directly acknowledge you.
