So I was tired and was placing Zenith innards around my city without taking care of money when suddenly... I was able to build a lot... I looked at my money: 0, and still able to build terraforming tiles. I saved, toyed a bit with it and saved again.
I not sure if someone else already find it. Maybe this bug is appearing on Linux only... Anyway, alongside with a
mantis report, I wanted to let you know here of the fun fact.
Also, it was barely my first serious attempt at terraforming. It's fun to lookup the chemical composition of atmosphere and try to influence it by injecting spare money. Also, it's barely the only visible racial customization and I love it. The tile auto-moving is also really fun because it let players build without taking care of terraformed land and without destroying such already-done work.
