Title: Power Problem

I don't know if it's a bug or not but for some reasons some of my building need power but I have lot of surplus.

It might be pollution causing it with the wrong description.

It looks like you had some effects that reduced power production happen? Did you cure those this turn or last turn?

Nope. I had this surplus since lot of turns. The problem is it doesn't correct at all. Except if I destroy the building... :(

I saw an event with spacecraft aliens that disabled some of my building. Saucer spacecraft... ?

I found my problem !

City management, I upped everything to the max % , so I reduced to 100% and everything is fine.

I think I overloaded the reactor or my electricity... :) nice touch in the game didn't think it will happen.

Maybe just add an event that the building can/will explode  8)

The power plants will take damage when they are overproducing.

you so loco XD but seriously there should perhaps be a note warning you against doing that sort of thing when you open up the city management screen for the first time.
