I placed a Labyrinth thinking that red and blue Minotaurs would only spawn near appropriate towns.

And then I realized that there was an invincible Greek Minotaur in the back of my biggest Nordic town.

That didn't go well.

This game is great fun though.
I can already tell this is going to be a roller coaster ride of disappointment.

I am in the exact same situation.

I needed points. I only had like 60.
Now I have like 700.

That one does seem pretty hard to use, even with the minotaurs nerfed so that they're not all Godzilla-like.

Labyrinth has a very interesting effect, but it's one of those things that I'm not really sure how to use at all, strategically....

Experimentation is needed!

When confronted with having a town with an invulnerable, angry minotaur loosed upon it, I simply isolated it with mountains and let the poor townsfolk die. The Norse armies later ravaged a greek town in revenge, so it's all good.

Also, Upheaval really punishes you for making too much use of mountains as defensive structures.
