Dark Elves count as human?

As the title says: I just noticed and was kinda suprised that Dark Elves (unlike Light Elves) do not have the Mythological creature type. It was... interesting... to see a Dark Elf bandit appear, kill a couple of greek units to reach Pandora's Box and then make a bee-line for some Singasteinn. Both of those token are theoretically "human units" only?

Notice the "I Am A: LightInfantry". In comparission the Light Elf states: "I Am A: LightMythologival, LightInfantry"

* Fixed an issue where, in the past few versions, Dark Elves (and by extension technically other bandit-specific mythological units, although there are none others yet) were not forbidden to pick up tokens and other bonuses.
