Yeah it's a bit of a stalemate, but I do still want to break out of it with possibly some production going on around another town center. The guys doing the containing don't really have an army or damage to speak of. They're just annoyingly intimate with the town. If the bandit strongholds sweep by and shift the balance to more of an even situation or at least attract the attention of red and blue, that should be a pretty okay idea.
