Stuck in deadlands

Hi,

I've completed 6 of the 7 levels + 2 bonus in deadlands and can't find the last one.

Completed: Rainy industrial site, icy pine barren, rainy ruins, not-so-abandoned town, venetian buckets and the mirror maze.

Been a while since I last played so I might have missed some really obvious story message. Help would be appreciated :)

Travel way to the east, and there's an old mining shed with a bunch of ladders down. One of those leads further into a small mine and a Parking Garage level.
