I did it again...

This time, I got stuck inside the Shingen Rapid Prototyping Facility.

As soon as I got inside, I'm just stuck in a screen of green grass/blocks.
I can't move or see my character or anything else.

And I cant get back to the city with either of the restart options.

Attached is the save.
