Stuck in Rainy Industrial Site

I've started a new game and I can't seem to get past the Rainy Industrial Site level.

I can't seem to find the last few grays, but I noticed there a couple of the red thorn-like things are sparkling. However, I can't find the tools needed to destroy these to see what's hidden in them in this level.

You are almost right, you have to destroy the sparkling chests/cupboards. The tool for that is the sledgehammer located near the enterance to the building on the right hand side = ). It is partly hidden by shadows...

I just re-entered that level briefly to take that screenshot, I already know about the hammer.

Let me clarify a bit, the hammer works on the furniture, but it does not work on the red thorn like things.

I went through again and took a screenshot of where exactly I get stuck.

Ok, thats weird. You might have found a bug. IIRC the level contained 3 grays in the building to begin with the last version before 1.0. You might try smashing up the remaining furniture, though. There are some fresh reports on mantis concerning missing or off sparkles. BTW the red things can be cleared using a shovel IIRC. Not available in this level, though...

I'm seeing the same issue. Am I correct in thinking I can't progress any further into the game until this is patched?

Yep, that's right -- sorry about that.  The patch should be out in 5-10 minutes though!

Awesome. I'm always super impressed with how responsive you guys are with patches and updates. I've been quite enjoying the game so far, and I'll probably have some more feedback once I've completed my first run through
