Need Help In Stantonsburg

I am stuck in Stantonsburg, and I'm pretty sure that I am just missing something.  I have completed 3/4 required levels, spoken with Willis and Arlene, gotten the key, and used the key to open up the house with The Factory level portal.  Based on the speech from Arlene, she should meet me in front of the warehouse with the key, but I have yet to see her appear.  Am I missing something?

Actually, what you have found is a bug -- thanks for the save!

For next version (out within about 30 minutes):

* Recent fixes to the Phoenix Forest to no longer let you get the sledge hammer prematurely accidentlly busted part of Stantonsburg.
** Now Arlene gives you a purple key instead of a regular key.  If you've already spoken to her and gotten the regular key, you can go speak to her again for the purple one.
** If you've already unlocked the house in the far northwest corner of the town, then that's where the purple key was supposed to be used.  Simply go back into the level inside that house, and then come back out.  You'll then find Arlene next to the warehouse like she was supposed to be.

Wow, thanks. I came here because I had the same issue (used Arlene's regular key to get the lantern and was stuck). So, the patch will come in time. :-)

I was considering Mantising it, but I figured I was missing something horribly obvious...like bringing weapons into the canoe trip level

What weapons did you bring into the canoe trip level? There shouldn't be any weapons available to do that until after you are to stantonsburg... Unless I'm missing something!

One each Iron Tacks and Iron-Tinned Pitchfork.  I got them from the house, right after taking control of Darrel.  If you move quickly enough, you can get in the canoe, cross, grab all of the weapons there (Iron Scythe, Iron Tacks, and Iron-Tinned Pitchfork) and cross again before the greys reach the other bank and block access.

...so...I guess you are supposed to be able to complete The Farm using only the mines?

Hmm...I wonder how you would do it without damage (the first part is pretty right quarters),  or how you would kill the snakes?  It will be interesting when I try that again.

I was able to complete The Farm without taking damage, but I cannot figure out how to kill a snake.  They just jump on you too quickly when  you get close.
