Why is my debug log getting filled up with AI reinforcement/wave nonsense?

Oops, probably some bits that got left in from when Badger was fixing things up there.  Sorry about that!

At the moment I'm ripping the code to pieces (to shreds, you say?) as part of the rebalance stuff, so we can't push another version for another couple of days most likely.
